The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:

1. Upgrading the PPR OR1 Urology Suite adding lead shielding to walls
2. Install new lead lined door & frame
3. Install new gypsum ceiling
4. Install new surgical lighting and lighting fixtures
5. Install temporary hoarding walls and access door
6. New HVAC and sprinkler layout
7. New plumbing work
