The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Related GC work for housekeeping pads & roofing
2. Addition of new gas fired condensing boilers.
3. Phased demolition of two old boilers.
4. New boiler room combustion air unit heater.
5. Localized pipe asbestos removal
6. Controls modifications, and other items as identified.
7. Related electrical.
8. Phasing as necessary to keep the boiler system operating with limited downtime.
