Description: 

Lakes District Hospital requires the domestic hot water tank(s) replaced.  

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Mechanical domestic heater renovations to reduce energy use, installation of owner
supplied Intellihot heaters, piping, pumps, and demolition of old tank systems in the
lower mechanical room, including commissioning of new systems.
2. Associated electrical power supplies to new mechanical equipment (minor).

There will be an opportunity to view the facility during a NON-mandatory site tour to be
held on Friday, November 6th, 2020, 11:00 am local time. Contractors to meet at the main
entrance lobby. The meeting is non-mandatory to provide flexibility to the bidders.
However, all contractors are encouraged to attend on this date. Alternate dates can be
requested with Mr. Brent Petersen (Brent.Petersen@northernhealth.ca).
