Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Replace existing air cooled chiller with new – size 30 tons with new pre-cast pad.
2. Demolition and decommissioning of the existing chiller, pad and relevant systems.
3. Provide hydronic pumps, expansion tank, filters and equipment.
4. Removal and certified disposal of all hazardous materials required to complete the work – refer to attached report in Appendix A. This remediation must be performed by a qualified third-party contractor.
5. Electrical to support replaced and new systems.
6. Controls DDC system.
