The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:

1. Demolish existing shed structure and refinish affected roofing.
2. Extend existing shed concrete pad as needed.
3. Install outdoor heat pump unit and new chain link fence. indoor coil in AH-1.
4. Install indoor coil in AH-1.
5. Controls update and updated sequence of operation.
