The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:

1. Phase 2A-1: Demolition and renovation of the existing Lab Chemistry in approximately 130sqm, located on level 0, to permit for installation of Siemens’ Aptio equipment while the existing emergency shower and adjacent Lab Chem (Atellica) are in operation and accessible.

2. Phase 2A-2: Demolition and renovation of the existing emergency shower area in approximately 20sqm at existing Lab Chemistry, located on level 0.
