Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Remove existing AHU-5, AHU-6 and roof mounted compressor package.
2. Install new extended sleepers and ladder per Structural drawings.
3. Install new roof curb on sleepers and new air handler ERV-1.
4. Complete ductwork and roofing.
5. TAB, Commissioning, and Controls update.
