Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Replacement of the existing Automatic Transfer Switch.
2. Provision of new electrical panel and equipment shown on the drawings.
3. Provision of all required subtrade contractors to complete the work.
4. Provision of all required infection contol measures required to complete the work.
5. Compliance with all required COVID-19 protective measures.
6. Commissioning of the completed system and staff training.
7. Work to be complete by November 30, 2021, although an early completion date is desired.
8. Bid Form is to be completed with Option A as the base price, Option B and C as Alternate Prices.

 

No Tender Bond is required for this project.

There also is not a site tour.
