The Mackenzie and District Hospital has a nurse call system, that has multiple issues and repairs over the years, with multiple technicians coming from Vancouver to attend to these repairs have resulted in a system that is quite unreliable. The work is to be coordinated with the facility staff to maintain the facility functionality during the work.  Additionally, staff rely on the functionality of this system during working hours, and this also must be considered in the system replacement.
