Description: 

This renovation is designed to allow domestic hot water to be generated independently from the central heating plant, to allow for future low temperature operation. However, existing connections will remain to the central heating plant to allow for redundancy and troubleshooting of the new installations.

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:

  1. New domestic hot water heater systems located in three locations 
  2. Modifications to local domestic piping and gas piping
  3. Related work (housekeeping pads, electrical, etc.)
  4. Refer to M&E drawings.
