Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Coordination of progress schedule and hoarding with Owner Occupancy during construction.
2. Multi-phased site construction at an operational health care campus. The construction of the Primary Care Clinic will be completed as a single phase.
3. Construction of the new Vanderhoof Primary Care Clinic, located at 3255 Hospital Road, Vanderhoof, BC, V0J 3A2.
4. Associated site works.
5. Compliance with Infection Prevention Control Measures as per CSA Z317.13-22. Coordination with Northern Health on-site IPAC professional and FM manager to ensure
controls are appropriate for the space being worked in adjacent to the operational St. John Hospital on site.
6. Installation of Owner supplied equipment.
