Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
 

1. Coordinate progress Schedule and hoarding with Owner Occupancy during construction.
2. Work under this Contract includes:
    2.1 A multiple phase of construction and Owner occupancy.
    2.2 Selective demolition and renovation of existing facility.
3. Work of this Contract comprises general construction and renovation for University Hospital of Northern British Columbia – Trayline Replacement, 1475 Edmonton Street, Prince George, BC V2M 1S2.
4. This project will consist of multiple-phased renovation to the Kitchen Trayline including demolition.
5. Comply with Infection Prevention Control Measures as per CSA Z317.13 – 22. Coordinate with Northern Health onsite IPAC professional and FM manager to ensure controls are appropriate for the space being worked in.
6. Removal and reinstallation of equipment.
7. Installation of Owner supplied equipment.
8. New flooring and wall protection.
