Description: 

This is largely a mechanical rooftop ventilation upgrade with a new split DX condensing unit. It includes some ducting revisions, phased elimination of the old air handling unit, structural support for the new air handling unit and separate condensing unit, electrical power connections and some DDC and Sheet Metal site investigation and subsequent revisions.


The Mechanical Contractor has a major role, and as the General Contractor, they shall perform all project and trade coordination. 1.4 The project has been designed such that most major renovations can occur within an
active facility. Some internal renovations may need to occur during the closed periods on weekdays or weekends. As such, some work must be completed with proper scheduling of the work with the local NH representative.
 

This tender is for AHU construction work being preferably completed on or before December 31, 2021, with seasonal Condensing Unit completed before April 1, 2022.
