The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
1. Removal of existing generator and emergency distribution. 
2. Installation of new generator and emergency distribution. 
3. Upgrade of the existing incoming utility service and distribution. 
4. New concrete pads and trenching as required to accommodate the new equipment layouts. 
5. Architectural, structural, and mechanical upgrades as required to accommodate new equipment layouts.
