Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:
 

1. Install hoarding;
2. Remove existing finishes in the renovation area;
3. Reconfigure mechanical and electrical systems;
4. Coordinate with outside subcontractor who will run new base building ducts and pipes through the space after demolition, design has been coordinated and shown on plans;
5. Install new partition framing;
6. Install new plumbing fixtures, lighting, and receptacles;
7. Install new doors, frames, and hardware;
8. Install new finishes including lead shielding; and,
9. Patch and repair finishes at transition points.
