Description: 

Work of this contract shall include all labour, materials, construction work, site preparation and equipment, for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, work necessary for the selective demolition, modifications and new construction at the University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC), as indicated in the Contract Documents.

A renovation to the Pharmacy Department is proposed to be built at UHNBC Prince George, BC .

The Pharmacy Suite will need to remain active during construction. It is therefore proposed to divide the demolition & construction work in three phases. Demolition of the main Compounding Area and Temporary construction of the Non Hazardous Compounding room and establishing the perimeter wall to the compounding area, Interior work in the compounding area and interior HVAC work and exterior HVAC installation.

Use of BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (BOBS) is required for:
· Electrical
· Mechanical 

For bid depository purposes, the Owner requires to use the BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors in accordance with the “BOBS Rules of Procedure” (including bonding). Trade Contractors for the scope noted herein are required to submit subcontract bids to the BOBS Confirmed General Contractors through the BOBS system no later than 3:00:00 p.m. two (2) business days prior to the closing date of this Tender.
