Description: 

The facility is located on 73,189.7m², 18 acres of land at 1475 Edmonton Street, west of the Prince George city centre. The aging roofing systems are well beyond life cycle replacements, and these roof replacements are the first to be replaced in a phased roofing replacement approach.

The project scope includes the following work. Unless noted otherwise, the successful Contractor is to supply and install all Work noted below, and on the attached documents: Stipulated sum tender form and specifications, 1d-UHNBC-EAST AND
WEST WING Roof Plan pdf, 5 pages of roof vent penetration and servicing details for the roof replacements as detailed for roof sections;
a) 22A
b) 30, and
c) 40
