Description: 

The work to be undertaken generally includes the following:


1. Coordinate progress Schedule and hoarding with Owner Occupancy during construction.


2. Removal of equipment as follows:
      2.1 Two existing Steris Washers
      2.2 Existing two compartment sink in MDRD
      2.3 Existing single compartment sink and counter in Endoscopy Room


3. Installation of Equipment
      3.1 Install new Steris washers in place of old washers
      3.2 Install new adjustable height three compartment sink in MDRD and two compartment sink in Endoscopy Room


4. New flooring: Remove existing sheet flooring in entire MDRD area and Endoscopy room. Remove remaining adhesive and install new sheet flooring complete with 150mm high cove base.


5. Wall protection: Install new Fiberglass Reinforced Laminate (FRL) in MDRD soiled area and in Endoscopy room
